Join us Saturday, December 5, 2026 for a special benefit bus trip organized by a dedicated Help The Fight supporter, with proceeds benefiting Help The Fight and the local individuals and families we serve.
Experience the magic of New York City at Christmastime! Shop for everyone on your holiday list, explore festive markets, admire the dazzling decorations and window displays, catch a Broadway show, enjoy incredible dining, visit iconic attractions—or simply wander and soak in the sights and sounds of the season.

Includes round-trip motorcoach transportation and driver gratuity.

MORNING SCHEDULE
7:30 AM – Arrive
7:45 AM – Load buses
8:00 AM – Depart promptly
Buses will depart no later than 8:00 AM, so please plan accordingly.
YOUR DAY IN NYC
Drop-off and pickup will be in the Theater District. Once you arrive, the day is yours to enjoy!
RETURN TRIP
Please be back at the designated pickup location no later than 7:45 PM and ready to board.
Buses depart New York City at 8:00 PM sharp.
FUN ALONG THE WAY
Enjoy trivia on the ride to NYC, 50/50s and raffles, plus a movie on the ride home.
Please bring cash if you’d like to participate in the 50/50s and raffles.

PLEASE NOTE: Tickets are non-refundable after booking. If you can no longer attend, you may find someone to take your place; please contact Help The Fight to provide the replacement passenger’s information.
This special trip is being organized by a dedicated Help The Fight supporter to benefit our mission of providing real-time financial assistance and support to local individuals and families facing breast cancer.

Lunch will be served at 12:00 PM
The Bingo action kicks off at 1:30 PM
And the entire event wraps up around 4:30 PM
If you’d like to go even further in your support, we are gratefully accepting donated items such as baked goods (to be dropped off at the HTF office by Friday, Jan. 29) home and family services, gift baskets, dining and entertainment certificates, and outdoor or recreational items.

The event includes giveaways, sweet treats, resources and opportunities to learn more about the nonprofit's mission of supporting individuals and families in the community affected by breast cancer. Donate $10 to Help The Fight at the event to receive a TangerPink Savings Pass.

We’re excited to share that Help The Fight has been selected to participate in the Solomon Organization’s 1st Annual Lancaster Give A Chance Charitable Event — where local nonprofits have the chance to win funding to support their mission!
The Solomon Organization gives back to the communities they serve, and since launching this program, they’ve donated more than $375,000 to nonprofits across the country.
